Q: I don't see Sykes Systems's custom jigsaw puzzles anymore... are they discontinued? A: Due to the popularity of our photo magnets we no longer will be producing our miniature jigsaw puzzles. This will enable us to focus our production on our high quality, glossy 4 x 5 magnets that have been such a hit. We apologize for any inconvenience. Q: What is the average production time for an order of magnets? A: Generally, the production time for an average order of up to 100 magnets is 1-2 business days from the time we receive the order or receive your photo. The method of shipping you choose will be the main factor in determining when you will receive your order. Please contact us regarding production time for larger orders. Q: Can Sykes Systems convert photos into refrigerator magnets? A: Yes. Our digital imaging technology allows Sykes Systems to seamlessly combine portions of your photos (e.g. faces) with our graphics to produce highly personalized, custom refrigerator magnets. Q: Are Sykes Systems refrigerator magnets easily mailed? A: Yes. Custom Party Favors's custom refrigerator magnets are packaged in easy-to-mail 4 3/8” X 5¾” envelopes or zipper bags. The refrigerator magnet is sized to allow mailing anywhere in the US with a single First Class postage stamp (less than one ounce). Our refrigerator magnets are NOT intended to be mailed as postcards. Q: Can a special photo we snapped be added to the magnet graphic design? A: Yes. We will make every effort to use your personal photograph (non-professional); however, professional photographs require the photographer’s written permission or release (Click here for release form). Q: Can you convert my own artwork into a high quality Sykes Systems refrigerator magnet? A:Yes. Your graphic may be e-mailed to us at info@sykessystems.com and we will make every effort to adapt it to a magnet format. If you are unable to scan your artwork or photo, mail to: Sykes Systems Creative, 220 Targhee Town rd. - Alta, Wyoming - 83414. All graphics and photos will be returned unharmed. Q: Are Sykes Systems’s original Graphics and Phrases copyrighted? A: Yes. Your purchase price includes the right to use our copyrighted products only for your personal enjoyment. Reproduction of any Sykes Systems Creative LLC magnets or text for the purpose of sale or re-sale is considered copyright infringement and is specifically prohibited. Additional copies of your custom puzzle or magnet may be easily ordered because your custom digital artwork is maintained on file for at least 90 days. |
